All beginners are weighed and measured initially and their progress carefully monitored by an NFC associate who will guide you through your first visit, and is always available to assist you at any time. A typical beginner's workout includes:   -Stretching*
-Stationary Equipment*
-Jump Rope (2-3 rounds)*
-Weights/Crunches*
-Shadow Box (2-3 rounds)*^
-Bags (2-3 rounds)*^
-Ring (2-3 rounds)*^
*NFC associate assisted
^A round is 3-minutes
    Though advanced members will generally workout on their own, they still adhere to the NFC schedule. Those wishing to pursue a more 'boxing oriented' workout may focus on one or two aspects per visit. Those seeking additional weight loss will increase times, reps & sets. -Stretching
